Yes, the order can be held for will call pickup, particularly if you are local i.e. Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Roanoke or the Smith Mountain Lake area. Specify Will Call on the page where you are presented with delivery/shipping options.

What is your Return Policy?
We ask that you return the item in the original packaging if possible. Please carefully pack the item in a protective cardboard box. UPS no longer accepts items wrapped in paper, they must be boxed. Ship the item prepaid and insured. UPS includes insurance for up to $ 100.00 of the package value as part of their published shipping rates. If the merchandise value is greater than $ 100.00, additional insurance can be purchased at the rate of .35 for each additional $ 100.00 in package value.
